If you are going Purifiers instead of Strike Squads,

how do you get access to Warp Quake? Is there a good mix?

I wouldn't worry too much about warp quake in a purifiers list but if you are interested here's what I tend to do.

Keep a 5 man strike squad with minimal to no upgrades with a rhino. Disembark them and have them run and hold an objective and have crowe steal their ride. Just deploy them together, squad piles out the left door and crowe gets in the back, the rhino then can move 12' and pop smoke

Crowe I find works very well tarpitting a large squad of weaklings like fire warriors/guard without alot of power weapons, and necrons without a warscythe. Also, he's really not that bad vs mindshackle scarab mobs either as he #1 does not have a power weapon. #2, can just sit there and parry all day long while cleansing flame does it's thing. Mind shackle does nothing to his parry rule so he's at max efficiency. 150 point HQ tarpitting some 200 points of necrons, works for me!

Also, since everyone thinks that crowe sucks, Very few people will bother shooting at him or his rhino while there are bigger threats to deal with.

your 5 man squad will then be able to just keep warp quake going to prevent back field drops. Anything else that is deep striking will likely just get chopped up by purifiers anyway so it shouldn't matter too much

I don't think Warp Quake is all that needed beecause Deep Striking is a rather poor method of deploying.

But I do take at least 1 interceptor squad in my lists, mostly so I can use their teliport ability to get rear shots on tanks. Psycannons and str5 up the rear armor is usually enough to kill just about any vehicle.
