This does not necessarily marginalize any of your points however, only to point out that reference to it exists elsewhere in modern culture.
Yes, and there's also a rather popular band called "Anthrax". It's still in poor taste to run around with a shirt that depicts a bottle of whiteness labeled "Anthrax" shortly after those Anthrax scares. Not to mention there's also a known band named "Anal C**t"; again, inappropriate in public.
Band names fall prey to the same social-inacceptance except that they intentionally try to be 'edgy' for attention.

Rimming Brown= ummm, if you don't know, you probably don't want to.
Im also betting that someone somewhere would read something racist into "organized black"...not sure what they would make of it...but undoubtedly someone will.
Period red will also likely be construed as a reference to the female cycle.
Not that any of this is a bother to me...but the PC police are out in force these days...
EDIT: apparently these points have already been made...disregard and carry on...

I think if you have to explain your product to your target audience, you might have missed the mark.

I think this is probably the most relevant comment so far. Reagardless of what you read into the content of the shirt design, if it takes a group discussion to try and work out what they're supposed to mean, the jokes obviously aren't very well thought out.

Most people have got the references, obviously none of the shirts were ment to cause offence,
all shirts/designs were ment in good humor and should be taken as such
red period red and rimming brown were references to the gw red period and rim colour, while having amusing "other" meanings (thats british humor for you) - we never thought menstration/sexual acts could cause offence - only disgust
organised black is just a take on chaos black. we never even thought about black power - for similar reasons to what automatonsleuth posted - there just is no/very litte(read - very underground/unheard of) such thing in the UK
Agent Orange - is a reference to chemical defoliaton/warfare, and also the band - which is one of our painters favourite bands. likewise to the above, we dont have many vietnam vets here in Britain, and certainly no offence was ment - "agent orange" is already out there in pop culture, and we were unaware any offence would be caused.
apologies to anyone offended by said shirts
@grimstuff - i like how most people think rimming brown is a touch to far, yet you suggest we make spacedock brown. (if you dont know what space docking is, i urge you NOT to google search it)

That is, if you get the time to explain before you have to collect your teeth from the ground
Not sure, what percentage of people think of GW's red period when seeing that shirt for instance.

any guesses before i just explain them all?
Organized Black = Organized Chaos(joke on Chaos Black)
Vayellow = Vallejo
Red Period Red = 2nd Ed 40K Studio paint jobs(also known as GW's "Red Period")
Stuff Green = Green Stuff
Not-Blue Grey = Space Wolves Grey and its baby blue color
I'm stuck on Agent Orange and Rimming Brown, though. Could also be wrong on a couple.
Oh! I didn't get vayellow. Or organized black.
These are hilarious. Agent Orange is a reference to the the herbicide the US used in Viet'nam to kill vegitation around the supposed Ho Chi Min trail. Rimming brown makes me think of something disgusting.

Honestly, I didn't even think about the actual Agent Orange when I looked at it. I thought it was something deeper than that, hence why I was stumped on it. Bit disappointed now.
