By all means, cry about it. The Dark Eldar have numerous uses for your tears.

After twelve years of waiting for a new codex, it would be our turn to be a little overpowered... but that's not really the case. When the majority of weapons in the game are capable of shooting down our vehicles, and you still complain that they are hurting you too badly, you are just a cry baby. If you don't want to suffer from their payload, review your target priorities.

I'm not the one who came here specifically to troll about a unit being overpowered in a thread about weapon rotation, pal.

The bottom one looks like it can rotate so it would be similar to a turret mount. If something physically blocks it then so be it otherwise its fair game on top and on bottom. Same with the raiders/ravagers.

BT uses the Codex Astartes as toilet paper. They’re an Imp Fist successor, recruit from multiple planets, and are known to be the largest Chapter in the galaxy. They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.
