There's plenty of plausible things that don't show up in the known fluff.

* Not all Vampires are particularly egotistical. Many would be more than willing to march to war in the name of another being.
* Vampires still feel emotion, which could hypothetically feed the gods.
* A Chaos God could empower a lamp post if it wanted to. It could easilly grant power to a Vampire.
The most likely scenarios I could imagine would be a Chaos Champion who is given the Blood kiss, who continues to serve the gods; or, a Vampire desiring of power or some sort of "meaning" to their undeath, who dedicates himself to the gods.

I never said I've read it in the full, I just said it could happen.
If a vamp can turn good, and slay her own kind (Gunivier sp?), then a vamp can turn to Chaos.

don't think it would be impossible for a vampire to turn to chaos but it would be unlikely considering their pride and lack of soul.

The main issue is it would have to be a concious choice which means relinquishing control. Vampires are very much creatures who crave control over their enviroment. Outside of Konrad most vampires who lose it become things like varghulfs. Of the lot strigoi do seem the most likely because theyre desperate for revenge on the world really. They are hunted by other vampires, witch hunters etc.

All vampires are caster to a degree just some like mannfred go above and beyond. Those seem more interested in following nagash's legacy rather then bend a knee.

Lahmians are unlikely due to the strict hold their queen and sisters keep on their numbers. They also are quick to kill those who do not fall in line like Krieger.

Blood knights..hhmm maybe but would be difficult since youd kinda hafta turn them all. That whole brotherhood deal..

Strigoi would prob be the the best bet due to their desperation. It could start out as a partnership but a crafty chaos could twist it till the strigoi served.

Daemons are made out of magic. It's what they are. It's like humans using material objects. To a species made purely of gas (intelligent hydrogen!), that must seem pretty amazing.

May be a bit late, but they do have the ex chaos zombie knight feller whos being controlled by the VC in the new army book. You could perhaps go mad with your army, make it the vampire is controlling an entire dead warband with evil powers. Just a thought. May be a bit late to work on conversions/paintings/other fun stuff.
