Either way, contacting GW corporate is a possible course of action. Just to be clear though, this is an actual GW, not an independant FLGS right? Because if he actually OWNED the store he could probably do that.

GW products, which are distributed to
LGS by
GW (almost always)
GW still has a say in what their products are used for and may have a possible case (since the
LGS owner was making more money than
GW knew about)
