I use Battlefoam and enjoy it, as do 3 more in my gaming group.

Same reason you see people spell Space Marine as Spess Mehreen. The ridiculous pronunciation used in the Dawn of War games, particularly Soulstorm. And because of Dawn of Awesome, which turned it into a meme.
