I've known a few Samoans, and if they would have got pepper-sprayed while performing a sacred ritual, the cops who did it would have gotten off easy by just being killed and eaten.
Once a Polynesian gets pissed, it's like watching a volcanoe go off. I remember a Somoan who, with his bare hands, ripped a tire clamp off his car.

you can hear the cop saying "make a hole" before they even start their babbling. They even stop a player (assuming it's from the opposing team that they're trying to intimidate) from passing by. The cop gave them a full 30 seconds and numerous requests to move (both verbal and gestures). Then they get sprayed.
Give him a raise for having to deal with these idiots.

The Haka is a ritual performed by the Islanders. It is a scared tradition. Its like walking up in the middle of church service and pepper spraying the entire crowd of people. I know Kiwi's and the cop acted a bit rash. The cop only had to wait what 30 seconds more? Helk he could of enjoyed it! But americans will be americans and shoot first and ask questions later. An honored tradition since the revolutionary war. Also an example at my school, my school cannot stop me from playing a didgeridoo in the hall way. Its a tradition, and they can't stop it. Also a freedom of speech. (yes I know how to play it.)

You get asked by a cop multiple times to do something and don't you get sprayed, or worse. You can't stop them from doing it. It's tradition.
It's not like walking into a church service at all and spraying them. it's like a church service attempting to block a thoroughfare and being stopped (by the use of escalating force).

Freedom of speech. And thats not a tradition in other countries. Just in this one.
Its not best to harm freedom of speech, nor freedom of the press. Plus Illinois laws are worse, this video would be categorized as a felony and you would be locked up as if you were a murderer.

"Freedom of Speech" is just that. Nothing more. it's not "Freedom to be a futard in public and gum up the works for everyone else" that's RLTrolling.
They gave up their rights to do their little dance when they stopped people from walking through the exit.

So the people that were also affected were what a necessary damage? Cops are cops. Not Federal Agents. I would accept it if it was a warranted Government official like an FBI agent. Also cops are not granted every right a FBI or a CIA agent can do. Which is open up an extremely damaging spray that is also known to blow onto others.
The cops should of been more cautious. No they didn't give up that right. That right is constant. You don't give it up. The officer had no justifiable cause. What i find unnecessary is that it then went onto say that he brought out his club and started hitting some of them. Now that is a bit too far. Plus it was a very minor thing.

Um... then why are they issued it? I'm not sure what warrants "Government Official" to you but I'm sure they aren't privately funded. Police are law enforcement, which is a provision of government.
. What i find unnecessary is that it then went onto say that he brought out his club and started hitting some of them.
No, a witness said they had clubs, which they do. Nothing says they used them. either the video or the article. They might as well have said "and then those Cops came here, with their shirts an stuff"
. Plus it was a very minor thing.
if it were so minor they could have easily done what they were repeatedly asked then.

CIA agents actually have far less authority on American soil than your average beat cop.
I mean, strictly speaking, they have very little authority of any kind. Hence all the secrecy.

I was talking about this with a friend of mine that's Maori and he told me that those dudes shouldn't even have been doing the Haka since they were Samoan.

So the feth what? This isn't Haka Land. As far as the cop was cncenred they were blocking the exit, attempting to intimidate the other team, and had already been warned. Plus maybe he has issues with Mad Max? What horse gak are you talking about? Federal agents have no special rights in this area. The CIA have no rights to begin with.
