Care to get a campaign/petition started?
I'd be happy to sign!

Just e-mail them like you are a clingy girlfriend!
Noooooo, it's gotta be a concerted effort amongst a large chunk of the community or they're not going to take notice.
(one guy constantly emailing them about the same thing isn't going to accomplish anything apart from getting my email address on the blocked list. a BUNCH of people constantly doing it will get results).

Okay, so what would we want to see?
-Tomb Stalker (or would that be "CANOPTEK Stalker" now?) given new rules to better align with the new codex (one of which being a 4++ inv save) and the soon-to-be 6th Ed. rules.
-Apocalypse formations updated to reflect afore mentioned codex/6th changes.
-the Megalith to become a reality.
-please, for the love of god, give us the Necron Titan from Medusa V.

(although, not to that scale... I think an appropriate size would be something along the lines of: this thing standing next to a Spyder would look like a Spyder standing next to a Scarab)

5+ invul
Unit size 1-3.

That would make it a much more viable option.

Didn't the Stalker just get a rules update in Apoc 2nd Edition? You think they will update it again in IA12? Maybe there will be something you can proxy it as though....

I have one still in the packet.....think i will keep it that way and if it turns out to be too "meh" i will take it back to warhammer world and trade it in. Am tempted to trade it in now and grab some Deathmarks and Praetorians for Cryptek conversions.

I've already made a profit since they cost more now than they did when i bought it.

usage: in a shooty necron army, is there any point in taking it? i suppose i can make it hug a Ghost Ark to get it closer then pounce on infantry or light armour, but since i have NO CC units to support it, is it even worth keeping?

Yes, but since then we've had a next codex, AND before the next Imperial Armor comes out we'll have had a newly redone rulebook!
I dare say the thing is going to need a complete overhaul.

(also, 1-3 in a squad is a bit much... maybe better to limit it to 1-2. 5++ save isn't a bad idea, though)

Carnifexes come in 1-3 and I would venture to say they're far more deadly than the tomb stalker.

I didn't think 'fexs were that tough anymore. Never read the 'nid codex or even played againsta carnifex though so i have no idea.

Compared to their last iteration, they're weak, yes. but they are still T6 MC's with loads of options and if they can be had in 1-3 why can't the completely option-less stalker?

True enough i guess. It would take up a lot of table space though. And the unit woudl be next to impossible to hide in cover.

By way of wondering, how many points does a Carnafex cost?
Not that the point system is always the best way to determine a model's effectiveness, but the idea of 600 odd points only taking up a third of your heavy support slot seems a little much.

True, but that's why I proposed the 5+ inv save also.

With or without options? I think that baseline the carnifexes are like 125 points maybe? I can't remember off the top of my head though.

Hey, it's better than 600 points taking up ALL your heavy slots, especially when it's a mediocre choice comparatively.

*Edit*
Looking online, I see people saying the fexes doubled in points so I doubt they were ~60 points last edition, so they are probably closer to 180 before biomorphs.

I meant we need to send a lot of individual emails from a lot of people, Does anyone know if i'm allowed to post the FW's E-Mail for customer service?

Also, the CSM/CD Decimator engine's rules were changed after I (and quite a few other players) voiced concerns on the unit's stats. the FW team then posted on they're facebook that they have a new pdf of the decimator engine, with the things we wanted, and ten point increase.

Tomb stalker got a 10 point increase in it's "official" rules...and nothing to show for it.

This was also before the new codex was released, and we know that FW/GW don't communicate often.

but the ten point increase is worth noting, to them. should we do this on the facebook or email? they are really good at responding both ways, just one is public and one is not.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
in hindsight, maybe it should be posted online, then others can agree and comment on it, get something going.
