Ooh, what about "Dante" and it could slump into battle sighing "I'm not even supposed to be here today.."

I name all my robots in Video Games "Jim". Every single one.
I despise roman/ faux-latin inspired names, honestly, and it's one of the major reasons I don't play loyalists. If I had an ultramarine army, everything would be named: Robert, Jake, Jay, Bruce, Jose, Mike, Tim, Matthew, etc.

...no one's suggested that though, right?
"Sister Ray" (a B.F.G. in FF7) was suggested. That said, FF7 appropriated that name from a Velvet Underground song, so if you want a Titan with hipster cred...

These names seem too... Ultraman or Johnny Socko to me. Those names don't fit the mythos of WH40k in my opinion. Don't get me wrong. I have great respect for Ultraman and Johnny Socko and his robot. I've mingled with them on sets before. Even though they were tv while I was big screen, they were pretty cool Kaiju. It's just not a good fit with the 40k aesthetic.
Personally, I like the first two options, with an emphasis on the second.

Where'd you get the info that Invigilata is blue from? Both the wikis list Invigilata's colours as unknown, Helsreach doesn't say anything on the matter and I've found nothing else.
FML I painted it red!
Looked like it from google, but it's not 100%. It'd be safer to go with unknown.

Sorry, " Canis Bellum" is already taken by an "official" Warhound.
