If this is all, maybe I'm wrong, but I remember seeing other pig men in some other smaller setting, can't for the life of me remember.

Personally, after orks/orcs, wolf men, lizard men, fish men, rat men, alligator men, were {noun}s, swamp men, beast (typically cow/goat/boar) men, bird men, dinosaur men, constructs (tech and magic), snake men, x men (joke), etc., pig men just doesn't strike me as so exotic (shrug)

I love it when people argue about the word "original"

especially when it revolves around fantasy and sci fi

theres no real way to defend any side of that without coming off as ignorant or willfully dismissive

i've just had to settle with the fact that despite liking the farrow troops, i'll never start an army because of my general dislike of all the beasts.
