The C'tan are the Gods of the physical universe, much like the Chaos Gods are the Gods of the Immaterium. The C'tan could devourer whole stars and bend reality to their will, often transcending its physical limitations.
I don't think Black Holes would have been a big problem to move.
Iranna.
They feed from stars. True. As much as that the star might be exhausted and devoured. But I never read that they could move them about (that is, I am sure they can rip a star from a system, but I haven't heard them moving one with the "fine-tuning" necessary to apply the gravitational mass on the fairly limited scale to the rather mundane task taking out a few guys on a "
40K-scale" battlefield without upsetting the entire gravitational balance and play of the very same "solar" system they and the star would happen to be in, as Vect apparently does regularly for dinner-parties according to the feeble-minded writing of Kelly)
Also, super-massive black holes (that is, those that actually "suck-in" people, gods and everything else with a form of finality: black holes without that mass wouldn't really make much of weapon in the first place) are largly the inverse of a Star as they do not give away energy to feed upon, but suck it up. They might just be as anathema to the C'Tan as they are to everyone and everything else (Vect excluded of course).
