The decal is from the FW Death Korps transfer set. Once applied I took a knife to it and roughed it up a bit and also added a couple of washes to make it look dirty.

Will get some photos up in the next couple of days as I'm having a hobby weekend where I will be working on the Death Korps along with some other bits.

Oh and in Regnak's wallet news.... On their way to me are 2x FW Mars Alpha Pattern Leman Russ tanks with filters, turrets etc and also 1x Destroyer Tank Hunter.... oooooooh yeah. Getting these at a great price although they will require stripping and a little work. The come in at almost 50% cheaper than the FW price They should arrive sometime next week I hope.

Then you will only need about 25 more of everything you already own, and that should cover about half of your DKOK army

Here we have a Artemia Pattern Hellhound, the Leman Russ Vanquisher, 3 Las Cannon teams and also my fully converter HQ Death Rider Command Squad. Oh and a Ladybug Class Emperor Titan! Lots of things are WIP, thought its better to work on a bit of everything at once

Thank you kind Sir. I'm ok with the troops but have a hard time when it comes to tanks/vehicles and am never happy when working on them so I appreciate your comments

Actually, mine is with Charadon Granite. That's the only thing close to green I used.

The tank salvage has begun! Also my WIP Tank Hunter which has already been rebuilt and had the base colours added.

I have manged to clean the tanks up. Hardest part was removing the old Sponsons and replacing them with the new "Swap-out" ones. Well that coupled with the snow flock that was randomly sprinkled over the russes and Destroyer. Still, part of the fun not to mention part of the price

I've been busy with work recently so haven't had much time to update or hobby. I recently picked up a new desk and here's whats currently sitting on it. I'm working on 3 Leman Russ Mars Alpha pattern variants, a Destroyer Tank Hunter and I recently picked up a cheap second hand Malcador Defender. The Malcador was in bad shape when I got it. I carefully took it apart and stripped it before repainting it. Parts were warped and the thing didn't really go together well but I've managed to get it assembled. The base colours are down and next is weathering... actually that pretty much goes for all the tanks! Also in the picture are some troops (at ease) that I'm putting together. A cheap price on ebay but again have some warping and damaged parts which I'm repairing. Hope to provide more frequent updates soon...

Yeah... didn't plan on it but found a few bargains/salvage opportunities... Defender is nearly done... just need to add some mud and maybe a little weathering powders. Mud will have to wait till I make up a batch to do some troops also. Had a very productive few days..... want a little teaser?
