well... it sure would be interesting to see a story out of the perspective of suzch a beast... maybe a hivequeen...or some other special character...not first peron actually but more like an allknowing and all seeing beholder? (dunno if that was the right word...)


oh...and what kind of material do you want to do those chimney with? plastic, wood, clay? any ideas yet?

I'm considering a Plasticard skeleton and sculpt onto it with Chavant clay, mould it, and replecate. especially for the spiraling spines.

same goes for tendrils too tbh.

hmmm... for such tall structures a good skeleton is a must in my opinion...and you choice of materials sounds good...also you could try to make some structures out of wire...twisted wire at that... looks good...and also of course as mentioned earlier hot glue...then when done mould it and you are set...

What I mean is, once the scult is done, I'm going to cast it up in resin, and repeat three or five times.

once it is finished it'll be a complete resin peice

oh...depression...now that is something i feel at home with...too bad sadly...there is next to nothing that can be done with that as i have come to unbderstand...and when i am in a dark mood...it tends to spread...

A story from the point of view of a Tyranid could be interesting. I doubt they would form sentences in their minds like we do. They also don't think as individuals because they have no sense of self but as groups.

Currently reading Generation-X by Douglas coupland, then I'll be moving on to Fahrenheit 451. I read a lot of "punk" books, about dystopian societies. 1984 being my favourite all time read.

for some reason i never read or watched 1984... i heard too much already... kind of keeps me from it... but i quite liked farenheit 451... the quote in the bookcover i like...maybe your english version doesn´t have it...

ohoh... well it was bound to end like that... i really hate it when one is forced to hide like a rat in a hole... if it was me in that situation i would have taken my life...but well i doubt that a true believer in the emperors might would do that... so your story´s ending was to the point! for a moment i wondered if the Lord Huginn would have turned into something tyranid hybrid like... by the way... that could have been a way to get into that storytelling via POV of a nid...

but i liked the story nonetheless!
