Take a singel Deffkopta, add one warboss on bike with a claw. That should end up around 135p, add cybork and a squig if you like (dont have the codex infront of me). The whole unit gets T 6 as 50% have it, and the whole unit gets 4+ coversave. You get some extra dakka and 2 extra wounds on the way in delivering the warboss. Just dont forget to drop the Roflkopter on the way when you assault, as you dont want to bring any easy points for the enemys combat resoulution.

Otherwise I prefer singel koptas with Buzzsaw and Rokkit, alfastrikes or outflank. I had one kill two Basilisks on the charge (they were a squadron). But I would avoid walkers, his armoured sentinel kept me locked for the rest of the game. S 6 against armour 12 aint fun.

Note that you still have a 33% chance of making a successful Hit&Run roll. So if you are stuck with something annoying like an armored sentinel, just try to jump away each turn.
