Well, supposedly he did try contacting him and never received a response. And I wouldn't say complaining on a forum accomplishes nothing, if nothing else it could serve to get his attention if contacting him privately doesn't work (assuming he visits forums at all, some of the
BoLS crew have posted on Dakka before), or serve as a warning to others planning on buying from him.
