Because the psychic powers were always better, except now warptime is nerfed and GK add another wave of anti-psyker brokenness to the game. Lash is hit or miss though, really depends what you play against. Plus it's a 500 pt game, the prince needs to be as cheap as possible which means no fancy psychic powers. A flying MC with charging with 6 attacks is good enough. chances are at 500 pts he will survive to wreck something, and it's fun.
