i personally think Null zone is quite sweet, but honestly depends on play style i mean a CC libby with termy armour and wings of sanguinius can be super scary, i also quite like Blood Lance as it can be rweally amazing but at the same time can be a huge let down depending on rolls. i mean Blood lace is a high strength, low AP lance weapon that can make vehicles, low armour save and monstreous creatures scared but there are some better, these are my personal favourites but i played some Gray knights (almost put our clubs name for them down instead), but they have a nasty ability that lets them shoot straight through cover, no cover saves allowed which is nasty, even if they can see you it works (not sure if its a libby power though)

Biker Libby with Null Zone and a biker command squad, all with plasma guns, lightning claws, and SS has also been another really fun little unit that I have run.

...again, not optimized and clearly a point sink... but I have rolled over 1k ish points in more than a few games with them, just have to be careful who I tangle with (having Khan with them helps too).

Yeah DA Librarians exsist for their hood and force weapons.
