Rejoice then! For the Thorians have found their Emperor reborn. His name is Kaldor Draigo and if he isn't the Emperor Reborn I don't know who is!

But seriously, if they had played up having a bunch of Thorians believing that Draigo was the reincarnation they were looking for and that this realization could even spark a serious feud, if not civil war between inquisitors, I might have found Draigo more interesting. He's certainly shown himself to be powerful enough to fit the bill.
