I never had a neighbor like that either, but I did used to live in a trailer park for 4 years before buying my house, and I can say, there were 4 or 7 of them that together, made me want to commit murders

That guy sounds like an absolute douche... I'm glad he's being put away now.
If it was me, I wouldn't have been able to last 10 years... I'd have definitely kept some kind of evidence log, but he would have been punched in the face before too long.
Probably repeatedly....
There may or may not be a claw hammer involved....
