Abhisidh was in Oxford sometimes in 80s.
Actually he's also British citizen. but since his clan is a noble caste. anything commons view as illegal seems to be exempted.

ok. since you are british man. could you please tell me how do Irish folks think of the UK administrations in North Ireland.

AFAIK Ulster wishes to remain part of the United Kingdom.
There were no massacres of Irish civilians by British forces, most of the trouble at the time was from paramilitary groups fighting each other or British troops.
AFAIK most people living there just wanted to stay a part of the UK...

The violence in the 60's and the 80's was not carried out against Northern Irish citizens but members of the IRA...
It isn't the same thing as shooting wildly into an actively protesting crowd.

I'm thinking the same thing.

I just looked it up.
The last actual massacre perpetrated by British peacekeeping forces on actively demonstrating or protesting civilians was in 1919 in British India.

Dunno. Some Irish folks (especially those who bows before Rome and not bow before the Windsor) there think Brits must leave.

yep there's some killings the Queens men did against irish folks there sometimes in 40s-50s.

There will always be Irish people who want the English to leave Ireland.
Just like there are people in Wales, Cornwall and Scotland who want England to leave.
Thankfully we live in a democracy, if enough people want that there will be a referendum and they can leave.
No one is stopping them and there are people in England who wish they would leave.
That wasn't 'Irish folks'.
They were members of the IRA...
They entered Ulster and attacked various targets.
That isn't a legal protest or a legal form of demonstration...
The total casualties weren't even near the scale of what you would call a massacre even if it was one which it isn't.

I wouldn't.

Also India.

Awesome, does that mean that warzones the US is in can be included?

Right Frazz, because stating a fact should always be construed as an attack.

If someone had made a similar claim about Australia I would have linked something like this.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1892_Broken_Hill_miners'_strike

Actually, that one didn't have any deaths. And the only ones with rioters being killed is from police actions, I can't find any with the military being involved.

Ireland and India were warzones to you? I thought Northern Ireland was part of Britain? I missed the declaration of war against India. Maybe one of the Indian troops that served in WWI and WWII stole it.

Well in his defense, if you ever saw me at the dinner table you would have thought it a war zone, or alternatively it was the ocean and you were being circled by small hungry sharks also known as wiener dogs.

That's exactly what i'm talking about. too bad my chronology on Irish history is inaccurate.
in Free Derry, there was a mural that comemmorates both Bloody Sunday and 19th May 2010 Massacre Abhisidh did against the dissidents.

I'm talking about Ireland and you know it. Though we can use the words "Police Action" if it makes you feel better.

I don't think the US has officially declared war on anywhere in a long time.
