It depends. Mancards can come in all sorts of forms.
Mine is made of lead picked up off the south side of civil war battlefields and encased in bacon grease, its all held in a 105mm shell casing in my room.

Nah, man cards are gender neutral, If a woman is sufficiently manly it may be permissible to grant them a man card, just like it is permissible revoke a man's man card for not being manly enough.
