Necrons get my vote. They got a ton of new units and became VERY competitive while still being balanced.

Orks (which you misspelled), stayed strong the whole way through. They players bought models and they were a strong line all season long. I'd give them best record and GK playoff champs.

I wanted to vote my army, guard, but couldn't. I had to do Dark Eldar. 24 inch charge range wyches and spamming dark lances everywhere makes them terribly effective against pretty much every army I've fielded.
Additionally, I hate the new guard codex for taking out the ability to personalize your army. Why would you take out doctrines? Seriously? Taking away the specialization and ability to personify yourself through your army is so counter to what should happen it's heart breaking. I wish I could go back and use it instead of this stupid one.

GK are broken and all who face them have to deal with a natural handicap. They "won" in a competitive sense, even though they're unfun an d their fluff was terrible.
Dark Eldar probably won in terms of benefit though. They were GW at their best. The fluff was entertaining and expanded the DE without making them Mary Stu's (GK), changing who they were (Necrons), or boring (MEQ's). They also made them a unique-feeling army that's also competitive but not broken. Lastly, there's a wide variation of models and units to choose from and most of them look quite cool.

I have a List you'd hate at 1,500 which makes your Dark Lances ineffective. Blessed hull Land Raiders.
Assuming of course that either of our armies isn't nerfed by 6th

Risking to sound more rude than I intend: Please, shut up. Not agreeing with you does not make anyone a troll.
