Who knows, maybe we'll get a multicolored faction of female space centaurs as a new codex for 6e?
They'd be T5, WS/BS 3, but all have 4++ saves for just being to happy/clueless to care about damage. You have to pick a doctrine though. Things like Bleeding Heart, Disturbing Fascination, Desperate for Attention, and More Annoying than Noise Marine Practice.
