No krazy glue has worked great for my magnetization stuff. And the forgeworld terminators upgrade kit fits PERFECT with power armor in terms of scale. For some reason all forgeworld stuff I've seen is just the tiniest bit smaller than normal GW stuff. I currently have one of the combi bolters attached to a mk4 assault marine arm and it looks fine.

so glueing magnets does not work x-x crud. I was planning on glueing a magnet down on the emporor's champion's free arm and swap out between weapons. will greenstuff work? am I just screwed?

No I meant gluing works great. I've only ever used krazy glue and nothing has given out yet. I even magnetized land raider sponsons.
