Will do, Also i am writing the Dragon Lords at the perspective of, They lost contact with the imperium, they're hermits, hiding from a massive chaos force. They are affected by the warp that causes them to be scaly and have those daemonic wings. So they hide away from the imperium and are secretive, basically they are slowly devolving from civilisation, as time passes.

Chatper 6, You're in The Army son.

We walk and we walk amongst the Plains. They are as never ending as space and time infinite. On the other side of the Plateau of Judgement, I take time to remember the Day on the Mountain. Truly I have come to hell and I feel as if I shall not escape. A mysterious Chapter lost to time but found once more, refusing to take up their ramparts and face the hated foe. They stand with an Alien race who's intentions are a mystery and this frightens me. They let chaos grow on their planet, as if they are weathering a storm, when all they do is allow the hated foe time to consolidate and ready their march. I continue walking, no striding, towards nowhere it seems. While Juri assures me we are headed somewhere. I hate this world..Now I know I'm going to war, and not under my own colours. I am being forced to serve as 3rd Lieutenant, to Sin. They're cowards if you ask me, no better than a fething dog of the Imperium. I must petition the Lord of Dragons to March to War as soon as we arrive back at The Lair. I turned from the Emperor, I felt he left me. I have never felt more of his presence then when I came to these whelps. they musn't even know how to fight a war! The war.. I take my time to think deep.. Then it hit's me like headlines. THE SIGNAL FROM THE TROOPER! Fier never talked about it! He evaded it! I must find the Location.. but how without letting them know my intentions..

'I'd keep your thoughts on a thinner baseline, Champion.. I can hear your every thought' - interrupted Juri.

'How on earth do you do that?' -pondered Mortis.

'My staff is imbued with the Light of Day. Before you ask, I know. We say the Light of Day alot but never give it description. The Dragon Lords were forced underground into The Lair. The last Lord of Dragons to see the Light of Day, and worship the emperor freely before chaos came. He referred to the Emperor, as the Light of Day.. He who drives out the Darkness with the blessed light. You see we have taken into worshipping the Emperor through the Light we have been denied since Chaos came and turned our world into perpetual darkness. Our faith in the Emperor's Light is so strong that it has created some, boundary which we call the Light of Day that manifests, protection and powers, There is one place on Erwynn's world that is blessed by The Light of Day, The Plateau of Judgement. If Maaklhir or Chaos as you know it comes to that place. Then The Light of Day comes and judges your heart, which stops beating upon entry to our world. if you are judged to be of Maakohir, or Pure then your heart beats anew, the Drift-skin melts away, and you manifest some power of sort in time. But if you are judged to be Maaklhir, or Impure. Your heart ruptures from the stagnant blood and The Emperor will end you.' -Juri preached to Mortis with the confidence of a Bishop.

'And Sinter was truly beyond help.' -Mortis figured.

'Yes that Daemon had his soul, he needed to die.' -Juri replied.

'So why didn't you kill him in the beginning?' -Mortis wondered.

'The same reason we haven't killed the Traitors to the south, Only the Light of Day has the right to Judge who is pure and who is Impure.' -Juri answered.

All of a sudden it clicked in my head, The Dragon Lords had faith in the emperor, so much that they only allowed his Light to Judge who should live and who should die. I remember, the Light enveloped Juri too on the Plateau of Judgement, and he never died.. Does this mean something? I push the thoughts down as we walk on in the infinite plains.

Chapter 7, Where My Loyalties Lie.

My Chapter turned it's back on the Imperium, and for hundreds of years I've led my Lieutenants throughout the Twin Empires of New Obsidia, as a Mercenary selling my talents to the highest bidder. Now I stumble in my choices where once I blindy followed King Lucifer Moloch. Now I feel the weight of my decisions, I have betrayed the Imperium, and those who I swore to protect. The Light of Day, which is in all sense the Emperor in Manefestation, has spared me. Why the Emperor would stay judgement for a traitor is beyond all belief. If I am to live through this war, I pray to the God-Emperor i shall Martyr myself to his cause, I will single-handedly unite the Knights of Obsidia, and bring them all to be judged by The Light of Day. This I swear upon the Golden and the Obsidian Thrones.

'You came here with bad intentions Mortis, you wished for an army to crush your betters of your Chapter. You had a change of heart, and now you have two suitable armies. The Children of the Forest and The Dragon Lords. Tell me when you have served the Light of Day on this world. Shall your service continue?' -Juri questioned.

'All my days I shall serve as the Martyr of the Emperor, if he grants me that blessing.' -Mortis answered justly.

'You really are a Champion of the People, Mortis' -Juri said looking into Mortis' eyes. 'To make your vow of Martyrdom as you have just done, is a worthy cause that I shall forever revere you for. You have earned the favor of the Dragon of Fate, as he smiles down on you today and all days. I pledge my service to you Mortis. If you ever find yourself in need of help, my people and I shall be in your ranks.' -continued Juri.

'Your pledge is heart warming, Juri. I shall take your word for it. I wish to reach the Lair already and confront Fier on the War to come.' -Mortis sighed, looking at the night sky that was lit by a white star far away. They walked throughout the never-ending night until they came upon a huge curtain wall in the distance that had one fiery beacon shining. 'What is that place Juri?' -asked Mortis.

'That is the once majestic monestary of the Dragon Lords, before Maaklhir came and destroyed it.' -Juri answered.

'Then why is a signal fire shining someone could be there!' -exclaimed Mortis.

'Someone is there, The first Lord of the Dragons stands vigil there eternally keeping the Light of Day, our last shrine to the God-Emperor, forever lit. He still lives, an ancient yes, but he took an oath to never leave his post until his world was safe. No one may enter the Shrine of Day. Keep walking' -commanded Juri.

I did as told and kept walking and slowly the beacon faded in the distance. Juri told me by tomorrow we will have arrived at the Lair and I will rest before we march. I am ready, I can feel Tilochus materialising in place of my arm then it slowly returns to my body. I am excited the pledge of Martyrdom has consumed me, and I slowly am mentally girding myself for War.

Yes the Lair is a loyalist fortification, there won't be guns blazing upon mortis entering it'll be more of silent mountain with giant adamantium doors blocking the entrance.

Chapter 8, The Lair
The Lair, two gigantic adamantium doors with master crafted deadbolts the size of massive trees, along with picts displaying the history of the war. I am awe-struck, I have never seen such craftmanship. The Primarchs of old would be astounded by the amount of detail. Needless we have made it to the mythical lair and the air is simmering here as a dragons nest does. I hear archaic shrieks and roars coming from within. I know not what I have gotten myself into, instantly my superhuman physique kicks in and I am on edge.

'Calm yourself, Champion, the Daarmaak are not your enemy.' -Juri reassured.

'It's not that i believe they are, I am fearful for what abominations they have bred in this Lair of theirs.' -Mortis quivered from the thought of what the Daarmaak were. From the deepest bowels of the Lair came a roar so monstrous and deviant I knew fear for a moment. Long enough to befuddle me. Juri walked to the Adamantium doors and kneeled, as if he knew what was happening. The doors of the lair cracked open to reveal a slender scaled head with recurve antlers consumed by the weeping fire, black as night with burning white eyes. As the doors opened further I saw the Daarmaak, and the Lord of Dragons upon it. The Daarmaak was some monster bred of the hell pit, they call the Lair, for it looked like no creature I had ever seen. from it's dragon like head, to its deer like antlers, to its lion body with weeping mane, and its long tail ending in a fork. The beast was scaly all over, and it exuded an aura of fear. As the fire weeped from its antlers and mane, it eyed Mortis up. Mortis looked at it for half a second before averting his eyes.

'Juri...' -Lord Fier began, 'you have completed your task, enter the lair and gird yourself I have a mission for you.'

'Yes Lord Fier' -Juri walked into the inky blackness of the Lair and was engulfed by it. Fier turned to Mortis and looked hard and long.

'Mortis come, you must enter and rest, you have walked for months, and I wish you rest before you go deeper into the Lair and hunt the Daarmaak.' -Fier seemed to have a slight perk in his lip when he said that.

'Hunt a Daarmaak? The beast you ride is nearly the size of a battle tank and you wish me to hunt one?' -Mortis interjected.

'They'll kill you unless they fear you, go now, and rest.' -Fiers words were like an intoxicating drink as i slipped to the realm of dreams, and I was consumed in the shadow of the Lair.

Chapter 9 The pit.

In a dark room lit only by a single candles' light Juri sat, sharpening his blades. Next to Juri sat Mortis, Champion of the Children, from without the room Juri could hear the Daarmaak screeching from further in the pit. A loud roar boomed from the lowest depths of the pit, shortly followed by a sinister, more terrifying, blood curdling roar. A titanic clash erupted between the two opposing Daarmaak. Shortly after, Juri heard a wimper, and the wet snap of bones. The Alpha had brutally mutilated it's challenger.

'Never challenge the Alpha, it is not called the Alpha for any plain reason.' -Juri was talking to himself out loud. He looked up and smiled, his thin pale skin pulling away from his jaws to reveal black needle like teeth. Juri stopped smiling and went back to sharpening his blades.

'Champion you will truly be challenged, for you must defeat the Alpha, or be consumed in the weeping fire. I do believe you will succeed but you will need to look deeper inside you to outsmart the Daarmaak. Fier bred them for one purpose, to hunt down his enemies, and Champion, i regret to inform you.. You are his martyr, nothing more, do not trust Fier, for he will betray you, as will all the Dragon lords.' -Juri stopped talking as Mortis shuddered from his sleep. His eyes began to flutter and he looked around to see Juri looking right at him.

'..Juri?' -started Mortis 'Where the..' -Just as Mortis began, Juri cut him off.

'Ah you've woken, and you are in the Pit of the Lair, where the Daarmaak are bred.' -Juri said, his white mane parting over his shoulders. 'Ready yourself Champion, you are going to have to be ready for a fight.' Mortis took his time adjusting himself to the darkness, then focussed his attention to the candle near the edge of the room. He stood, noticing his power armour had been stripped from him, and he had been tattooed all over the lengths of his body. He had a loincloth covering him, otherwise he was bare. He frantically searched for Tilochus until a shooting pain wracked his arm, in which Tilochus smoothly extended from his body, literally fashioning its self out of nothing.

'Ah, found Tilochus, I nearly forgot she was bound to my flesh.' -Mortis chirped. Juri looked over to Mortis and attempted smiling again, the same grosteque features appeared again. 'Yes, well I am ready Juri, take me to where I must go.' Juri's smile faded and he pointed to the dark corridor that every 30 feet had a single candle lighting it. 'Very well..' -Mortis sighed, and he left Juri in the room, and walked into the corridor, filled with the cries of the Daarmaak.

Chapter 10 Breathing techniques.

His surroundings are impossible to map. In the pitch black darkness, their are many obstacles, and Mortis stumbled losing his footing. When he fell his hands went into a sappy liquid that was warm. Mortis took a moment to think about what it could've been but such thought are trivial in comparison to the next thought. What did it come from? Suddenly Mortis tensed as the Pit was illuminated in front of him roughly 5 feet away. He dared not move as weeping fire, dripped ever so slowly from something high up above him. He cursed himself for being so stupid and not thinking. As the Daarmaak Illuminated itself Mortis saw the beast. Larger than a Predator with flaming antlers and mane, and a forked tail.

A deep, feral, hiss came from it as it looked at its next meal. Awe-struck by the sheer monstrosity that was a Daarmaak, Mortis didn't even notice Tilochus materialising. The beast swept its paw at Mortis, crunching a least a few ribs and causing internal bleeding. Mortis was batted like a fly up against a near by pillar, he gained balance quickly enough to bring tilochus to a lance-like position and waited for the blood to clot. As he rose, his superhuman instincts kicked in and he was on the move ducking and hiding behind pillars and debris. The Daarmaak was infuriated at the it's pray was semi-durable. It was frantically shrieking and knocking down support colums as it went balistic. The two exchanged blows to each other, and mortis stabbed through one of the Daarmaaks eyes after a lucky dodge he fled to a column.

Mortis waited practicing the breathing techniques he'd mastered. 'In and out, in and out, in and out' he exhaled and held his breath as he heard silence descend. Believing it was safe he moved from behind the pillar. The Daarmaak hearing the noise barelled forwards to Mortis, roaring at him. It crashed into the pillar and turned to Mortis as he ducked away. The roof began to collapse and a large part fell directly onto the Daarmaaks' tail pinning it to the ground, Mortis was struck by another sizable boulder, and it snapped his arm like a twig pinning him also. Mortis and the Daarmaak laid there for hours. The Daarmaak repeadetly came at Mortis only to be yanked back by its tail like a choke-collar. Mortis had given up the struggle and watched the beast. It's pure white eyes seemed to dart around the room as it called out to nothing. Mortis looked at his broken arm, and after hard thought brought his free arm up and willed Tilochus into life, and sawed his pinned arm off at the shoulder. Once free he leapt up and began to run. The Daarmaak called out and cried, Mortis paused, as his arm leaked blood violently. He ran over to the boulder pinning the Daarmaak and pushed with his good arm. With screams of pain as blood pumped out his missing arm he gradually lifted the boulder, millimeter by millimeter. There was just enough room and the Daarmaak slipped free, and Mortis dropped the boulder exhausted. He was about to faint from blood loss when the Daarmaak rounded to him and pounced on him. Mortis knew fear a death knocked on his door. The Daarmaak reared it's head ready for coup'de'grace and brought its head down. And roard so loadly the entire cavern shook. It leapt off mortis and cantered off into the pit.

Mortis exhaled loudly and allowed himself the leisure of passing out.

10-B Breathing techniques.

Gurgles of blood were hacked up as Mortis started from his deep rest. Pain wracked his entire body. His stump of an arm, ending at his shoulder, was still leaking blood. Though most of the wound had closed itself thanks to Mortis' superhuman composition. He made an attempt to stand, slowly he rose as his legs got use to bearing his weight. He felt fine for a moment before a blistering pain shot through his legs. Mortis crumpled to the floor, in despiration he began to claw his eyes out furiously. His screams of pain and horror rang out through the pit. Some where high above Fier was listening and smiled at his cries for help.

Mortis curled up in a foedal position and rocked as an infant would. He knew he was going to die down in the hell hole the bastard Fier had sent him too. Mortis closed his eyelids and tried resting in hopes of easing his pain. That was shortlived because moments after, the cavern lit up and, Mortis knew his prayers for death had come. A low creeping hiss rose through the chasm, and panic struck Mortis. He couldn't stand and was missing an arm.

He had signed his death wish, why had he been fool enough to come to the hellrock. The Daarmaak was covered in hundereds of battle scars and was four times as big as the one Mortis fought off. The Daarmaak started its predatory trot towards Mortis, and Mortis sent a prayer to whatever god-emperor would hear him. The Daarmaak came on and reared to its hind legs and readied itself for the kill, savoring the precise detail of how it would enact its bloody kill. It roared out and the weeping fire slicked off it and ran down its hide. Mortis had prepared himself for death, and he'd except his judgement tonight in the dark of the pit.

As the Daarmaak ended it's titanic roar a single hellfire round cracked off and zipped through the air and buried itself in the hide of the Alpha. A smoking bolter 200 metres out was blown away by 1st Lieutenant Nicus, and a smile glinted on his face as 2nd Lieutenant Lex's Thunderhammer crackled into life. The Daarmaak enraged by the disturbance in its meal turned to the assailants and charged with blinding fury. Nicus snapped off as many shots as possible, all of which burned into the Alpha. Lex had taken long strides straight at the Alpha, which was bigger than a tank, and dropped his shoulder when he got close enough. Jutting his Thunderhammer up into the jaw of the Daarmaak, it reeled back in pain. Trying to swat Lex away it knocked a pillar down which sent boulder sized fragments throughout the cavern. Lex was whipped around as the fragments tore into his terminator armour. The Alpha was ready for him now that its head had cleared up, it clawed into Lex tearing open his chest cavity. Nicus tried drawing attention by cracking off vengeance rounds which burned through the hide of the Alpha.

As it shrieked bloody rage boiled within it, the Alpha turned to Nicus and charged him. As it came on Nicus kept his cool firing off many percision bursts of his bolter. The alpha made to leap and mid-air was caught and punched down by a group of smaller Daarmaak. One of which was notably the one that Mortis had saved. The Alpha roared at it's challengers and made ready to kill. The titanic beasts went at each other tearing into their flanks with tooth and claw. The alpha went to bite a challenger and undercalculated it's reach, in doing so it left its neck open for attack, an oppurtunity that was taken by one of the Daarmaak. It launched forward, punching down the Alpha with its claws. It bit into the neck of the Alpha and twisted ever so gracefully, snapping the spinal cord and ripping the head free. The other Daarmaak continued at the deceased Alpha until they were sure of it's death.

The Daarmaak Mortis had fought was the one who tore free the head of the past Alpha. It carried it over and trotted to Mortis. Stopping short 15 feet, it dropped the head and rolled it to Mortis. Mortis looked at it and made to stand. As he rose the Daarmaak laid, as did it's companions. Nicus and Lex bloodied and bruised came to Mortis.

'Good hell you look terrible my Lord' -Lex yelled, gestruing towards the stump that was in place of where the arm should've been.

'And equally I feel like hell brother.' -Mortis chuckled, looking to Nicus and Lex. He stepped forward and stumbled, hacking up blood, that once hit the ground set itself ablaze.

'What the light is that' -said Lex after seeing the burning blood.

'I'd tell you if I knew myself' -Mortis looked to the Daarmaak. 'Do you know a way out of the pit? I need your help.....' -He continued. The Daarmaak looked at him and went and laid next to him. Mortis knew exactly what it meant. 'Lift me Lex.' -Mortis commanded.

'My Lord?' -questioned Lex.

'Damnit, NOW Lex' -yelled Mortis. Lex went over and lifted Mortis onto the Daarmaaks back. 'Lex, Nicus, Get on one now.' -came the command from Mortis.

'Are you kidding us My Lord?' -jested Lex.

'Damn you Lex, Mount one now! I have rotted in this hell hole for too long and I'm leaving now. With or without you' -shouted Mortis. Lex quickly found a Daarmaak suitable to his size and mounted it, as did Nicus. The new Alpha which Mortis was riding reared up nearly bucking Mortis, and letting out a triumphant roar, ran into the darkness. It's weeping fire leading the way for the others.

11 What is a free man if not a dead man?

My glory days are fading, too many false Idols have I placed before my and bowed to. My own foolishness has torn apart my chapter, and has cost me dearly. I shall not take a new arm for the one I have lost. It shall be my reminder of shame, of guilt, the days I did not follow the Emperor. I shall Martyr myself to the Imperium and dedicate every last breath, to righting the wrongs of my chapter.

As Mortis thought on, a bright speck of light appeared far off in the distance and grew ever so slowly with each ground shaking step of the Daarmaak.

'My Lord Mortis! There in the distance, do you...!?' began Lex.

'I do.. and I am ever so ready to confront the bastard Fier on this trick, then toss his ass in this hell hole.' Mortis' appearance was changing rapidly. His black flowing mane had turned snow white and, his eyes were ablaze with the weeping fire that ensconed his mount. His missing arm was forming itself out of weeping fire that acted as if it were alive and part of him.

He did not know that Juri had blessed him, binding his fate to that of the Light of Day. Mortis wretched as he yelled out in agony when his new arm of white flame formed itself, then dissapated into nothingness. He choked up the blood again that set itself ablaze once it hit the ground.

'What the hell are you Mortis?' Lex asked awestruck at the display.

'The Light of Day brother Lex' Said a voice that commanded all the attention of the universe when it spoke. Instantaneously the cavern was illuminated by a light so bright, it nearly blinded Lex had he not averted his eyes a second slower. When they looked back Mortis was gone, and there sat on the Daarmaak, A god of war.

As the giant stretched its stiff arms notably four of them. Curved blades that wept the flame of light materialised from two arms. The other two however were holding 13 feet long lashes of fire. It looked around and fixated its burning eyes on Lex. The massive recurve horns protruding from its head made it feral in appearance and god like in stature. Stepping of the Daarmaak the Giant turned and looked at both Nicus and Lex,

'Mortis is DEAD!' Shouted the Giant. 'I have been renamed in the glory of the Emperor, acknowledge me Zepar Rul, as the king of flame' continued Zepar.

'Mortis? Are you a Daemon?' Lex quizzed. A wrong move. A sinister smile split Zepars face, as he cracked his whips through the cavern. Showing long needle like fangs.

'No brother.. I am a god.' croned Zepar as he fixated his glare to Lex. 'We ride for Fier now, I shall have his head on a pike.'

Zepar mounted the Daarmaak and continued through the lit tunnel. Lex and Nicus followed closely to Zepar. They continued their Daarmaak on a brisk pace until they arrived to the Lair of Dragons. A burning ray of light pierced the vaulted cave ceiling several hundred feet up and illuminated the entire Lair and all its confines.

As they trotted up through the hole and into the Lair, Juri stood waiting for them, when Zepar came out first, a look of fear shot up Juri's face. Fier and the Drakes also stood with Juri. Behind Fier stood the Legion of Dragon Lords . All 8,000 of them stood in formation. The silence of the Lair was broken by Fier's clap. Which then aroused the entire Lair to clap and shout its joyous approval. Zepar was taken aback as were Nicus and Lex. They dismounted and walked to the greeting ceremony. Zepar towered above Fier, a stunning 14 foot giant, dwarfed the 7 foot tall Maak Fier. Fier opened his hand ordering silence amongst his Legion.

'Mortis Clef..' began Fier. Zepar in the billionth of a millisecond it took him he had Fier's head in his fist and it fit perfectly.

'Firstly Dog... I am Zepar Rul, King of Flame, and secondly give me one good reason I shouldnt let Tilochus materialise right through your skull you impudent whelp.'

'I have my whole legion behind me' Fier tried saying this as his head was slowly being crushed by the sheer weight of Zepars fist. Zepar looked around to see this was true. He turned his gaze back to Fier.

'What is a free man.. if not a dead man?' Zepar questioned.
