We tend to refer enemy armies by two different categories.
1.) The ones we've shot to death.
and
2.) The ones we haven't shot to death yet.
Works pretty well. My exterminator is looking foward to his first game against the pointy ears for example. Can't wait to paint some eldar killmarks on it  (I have no idea why, but I have a bizarre hatred of eldar. All other armies are cool though)

SM: Spehess Marheens, smurfs (ultra marines), Cowar Armored Twits, Sally-manders
SW: Space Puppies, Non-house trained Spehess marheens.
BA: Really Annoying, Failing Angels (i've seen alot utterly fail deep strike and die),
Eldar: Spehess Elves, Twiggys, Sparkles,
Dark Eldar: Evil Spehess Elves, Those guys with those stupid skimmer thingys that magically transport entire squads.
Orks: Dah Targitz,
Tyranids: The Zerg (yes yes i know tyrainids came first), The Bugs,
Necrons: Egyption Zombie Robots,.... IN SPEHESSS
Imperial Guard: I can't think of bad ones. i play them  (and its rare I play against them)
Tau: Blue Boys, Fish people, Space Commies (i don't care what their real government is. the name stuck and i didn't make it)
Chaos Marines: Bad Spehess Mahrnees, THE ENEMY (you gotta use Boreals voice)

Eldar - panzies
DE - panzies wif da spikes
SoB pov:
All other IoM allies - Neccesary allies
Everything else - Heretics!

Most have been covered already . But Dark Angels are Space Trannies , Tranniewing or dual Tranniewing depending on whats fielded .

Also, necrons are 'crons or old men there users are called granddad.
My favorite, blood angels are sheep and there users are called shepherds. See if you can figure out why.
Tyranids are bugs or 'nids there users are called a*sholes (because doctor sholes was taken?)
Tau are the blue man group, we don't have a clever name for there users.
