We have a habit of calling eldar "pointy ears". Why exactly I'm not sure, but it is fun to say. One day I was playing against an eldar army, and a veteran eldar player started to watch. When he was asked why he stopped what he was doing to watch the game, he replied "can't pass up a game with pointy ears in it."

As for other armies, we have a million, some of which are best not said here Others however are pretty tame. Most players refer to guardsmen as "scrubs" around here for example, with more important models being known as "important scrubs". Space marines of various flavours usually get this treatment as well.

My other favorite one I've seen was on 1d4 chan, where necrons seem to keep getting referred to as "space egyptians", which I find hilarious, because it's pretty spot on.

Tau= fish sticks. Tell them you brought ketchup or tartar sauce, scares 'em everytime.

Orks are mushrooms

SoB (sorry Bwolf, never heard those before but to each their own) nuns with guns or just sisters around here.

Space puppies, we tease about putting a water hydrant on the table as an objective.

DE or eldar, already been said, pointy ears. Also squishies

Necrons are lovingly referred to as f******g necrons.

IG- impotent guards or ignorant guys and even IG joes

Tyranids are Nids or bugs

Blood Angels and Grey Knights are just CHEESEY as well as necrons.

These are what is said around our gaming club but all meant with respect and love. ;}

The slang for each army depends on the person in the club.
The main ones around here seem to be:
Sisters - Bolter B****s
Space Wolves: Drunks or Pups
Blood Angels: (insert gay vampire jokes)
Any Marine painted blue: Smurfs
Eldar: Space Elves
Dark Eldar: More Space Elves

We just use the abbreviations of the armies we use, plus a prefix of the structure ie foot, mech, gun etc.

My own force is usually Mechrons. There is also footdar, mechaos, bugs and puppies, although the pups are up for sale.

Look up Indrick Boreale of the Blood Ravens on youtube. It's from a speech he gives in dawn of war. Basically, he has a major lysp.

"BATTOL BRUTHERS! SPESS MEHREENS!" etc.
