Because GW can't write rules well, it's vague, some people take the statement "it has a cruising speed of 36 inches" to mean, if you are going cruising speed you move precisely 36 inches, while others infer it's simply a substitution for the normal upper limit of 12 for cruising speed.

Whichever one GW meant there are much better ways to word it so as to avoid the confusion.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).
