I got 5 of the oop metal ork nobs for $24 shipped. Pretty happy about that.

Also got several warjacks, including a Kodiak and Karchev the Terrible, plus some Greylords, for a few big bags of random chaos bitz in a trade.

60 bucks got me 20 plastic CSM, a squad each of the newest plague marines and noise marines, 5 CSM converted longfangs, NOS CSM pred, and lots of molded resin bases, tubs of basing slate, and razorwire coils

I saw a bunch of GHQ Combat Command boxsets go up on Ebay at $25 apiece - they're usually $40 - so I grabbed three. I've got a pretty decent start to a mid-to-late 1980's Soviet Tank Regiment, which will eventually face off against a (hopefully) combined force of British, Americans, and West Germans.

Ha! Actually I was working with a Miniature Painting Studio in Vancouver BC that just wanted to be rid of them! It was quiet the treat

I gave someone a great deal recently on my somewhat eclectic collection of FoW books. No offense to FoW, but I'm unlikely to even consider actually playing it soon due to my limited free time, so I sold the 2nd edition hardcover rules, 3rd edition freebie mini rules, the Eastern front and North Africa books for a little over $20 on eBay (including shipping). Someone got a great deal! I hope they enjoy it. I'm just happy to have the shelf space back...

My deal? I bought an old Tau army off of someone at my FLGS. I got the following:

6 Crisis suits
4 full Firewarrior squads
2 Broadsides
7 small stealth suits (metal)
6 Pathfinders (metal)
2 vehicle chassis with hammerhead turrets
1 bag of crisis suit bits (a ridiculous amount)
1 bag of drones and drone bits

I got all of this for $250 USD. I needed a bit of modeling to fix some of the items, but overall I have enjoyed my purchase!

Dante, Mephiston and 5 Sanguinary Guard (of which one lacks an arm) fully and nicely painted for 40€ (51.613dollars).

I got 2 NIB Wave Serpents with the old ForgeWorld conversion upgrades (the front prow...YAY!) for $75.

This works really well unless you're trying to find OOP metal IG like I have been. I shudder to think how much my Valhallan foot horde costs. I've gotten Catachans for dirt cheap though; the old plastics go for nothing on eBay.

The Rogue Trader metal guard are even worse. There was a point when they were fairly inexpensive, but these past few months it's been at least $6, not including shipping per model if not worse. Of course if you're wanting to get Praetorians, be prepared to pay double that. Goodnight sweet prince!
