Tesla cannon is pointless (compared to the 36" range Gauss Cannon), destructor and shredders on a infantry unit that you could have 5 of is insane, and nebuloscopes give them a 100% hit chance.
In order words

Oh, and 36" on the gauss cannon is nuts as well. Destroyers aren't the only guys with this weapon. There are also barges; give them the improved GC, then they'll massively outclass the tesla cannons and start sniping MEQ from across the field. The changes you are suggesting will wreck the balance in the codex.

With Nebuloscopes the actual probability of hitting is about 97%, not 100% (they have an 83% chance of hitting at BS5, thus a 17% chance of getting a one, and with the re-roll also having a 83% chance of hitting. Thus their odds of hitting are 0.83 + 0.17*.83 = 0.97 or 97%), but yeah, I agree, giving Nebuloscopes to Destroyers would be insane (heck, even giving them BS5 but removing PE would be quite good, it would change their hit rate from 78% to 83%, which is extremely high for tank hunting unit).

True, I have exaggerated a bit about the BS5, but still, chances are you will never miss with them with the BS5+PE combo. Well, maybe once every 10 games or so.
