Damn you CDK... Now I got this itch of basing my SEF!
Main problem would be that I'm note sure as of how to base them... and that they'd most likely look severely out of place on the battlefield.
Also, after browsing woodland scenics website, the itch just got stronger...

There are so many great pre-designed bases out there I'm sure you can find a good one. To me the Shas look amphibious and I had the idea of doing a jungle theme for my Yu Jing. So a swampy jungle type thing would be perfect.

The Shas look very Amphibious to me too. Just not sure how to to capture that feeling. I don't wanna go swampy, would feel kind of like ripping off
However, I'm still pretty put off by the fact that they won't fit on the battlefield. You know, fighting in a war-torn city, and there comes the Shasvastii... walking in water in the middle of the water-free city.

True but you can do it different in some way. Try to do an alien landscape.

But unless you play on the same battle field all the time you may go from city to swamp to desert at any time. So doesn't really matter. No matter where they fight I think of my guys coming out of the jungle-swamps of Paradiso!

That's true.
And actually, now I've got a good idea too damn it.
Now, I'll just have to wait until I feel like it's worth buying the necessary stuff.
