Well what else should I take? Im entertaining the Idea of deep striking MM land Speeders in stead.... What do you guysthink i should put in there instead of the valkyrie?

Okay I think im over the valkyrie so I came up with two similiar marine portions of the list one with more grey hunters and longs fangs and rune priests... The other has two drop pod wolf guard one with combi melta and the others with combi plasma... Oh and a Land Speeder with a MM to also deep strike and kill something else...

Im set on the fortifications and the Allies but Im open to C&C on the marine portions of the list... Which one do you guys like more? And what would you change?

heres my guard allied detachment for my wolves:

hq primis psyker

veterens - flak armour

3 vendetas

it comes to 560 points and it gives some useful anti air

i usually go for 3 long fang units 5 ML 5 LC 5 PC

this gives the diversity for killing targets and also adds to your count of models on the board.

if you wanna use russ for youre guard then use standard battle tanks as their cannons are still really formidable and take 2 it always helps to have a backup incase the first shot misses

is everyone still forgetting that at the present there are no AA weapons other than those carried by flyers themselves, the GW rule board have sent word to all stores that the AA missiles of even space marines will be a 5 point per model upgrade when the new codexes are released but until then there are no AA weapons as such other than from flyers and the fortifications.

What on earth are you talking about? The quad cannon, the icarus cannon, Hydras, flakk trucks to name the ones that immediately pop into my head. With allies and fortifications, everyone has access to AA.
