I'm a good winner i wont crow about my victory unless its genuinely impressive like the first kill point match i had in 6th and i won 16 to 1.

I'm that guy that plays for fun, so while i dont like losing but it doesn't ruin my day and i'll gladly shake the hand of my opponent.

But i do know a few people that are a little too competitive and have thrown models and sulked once they make a few bad rolls.

I started off in a group that promoted trash talk and we all beat on each other with the hardest lists possible. I moved away and it's hard to adapt to the more "laid back" game style, more so since I enjoy competitiveness.

I am working on being a better sport at losing. Though I have had two games recently where my dice have been nigh 90% sour. Opponents have offered to grab me a drink afterwards kind of bad. Every plasma weapon shot gets hot and kills the operator, murdering my own units with super far scatters, 28 rending attacks in a row from Mark of the Wulfen that HIT and fail to even wound on a 4+. Having a vehicle explode, 6 guys wounded out of 10, 5 died... yea, those kind of games.

*bursts though room with axe* HEEEAAARRRS JHONNY!!!

I am neutral (and im going to be honest here)

I play the game for fun (or casual) now, I used to play competitive, but I hated it when I played competitive I felt every match was a game of "rock, paper, scissors" such as one tournament I brought a BW rush list... and I regret playing it mainly because it was one sided (unless you played GK against it) this was because I felt every game was "getting from A to Z quick" because if I didnt my wagons got blown up then my boyz were vulnerable open to shooting.

Now most of the time I got to Z and unleashed the hordes and ended up slaughtering the other side, and for this every time I won it felt good but it also felt like an infestation... such as it felt great to win at first but after my few minutes, of fame I felt horrible playing the list against my opponent.

This was the last time I played competitive.

Also to the adage of my "rock paper scissors" quote I do find this to be in many a competitive game such netlists (so lists such as Venomspam, long fang spam, etc) and its repetitive and boring for me, hence why I play casual now because I find there is much more flexibility in the game and I feel like I am in a more comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

As for being a poor sport... well when I played competitive I had my days even more so when the die rolls where not going my way, however I still shook hand with my opponent and said Good game afterwards, now I play casually I Dont care whether I win or lose as long as I visualise what happens on the battlefield (something I think I lost when playing competitive, it became a game of numbers maybe too much for me back then) and see that lascannon rip a hole through the dreadnought then Im a happy guy from the game (although I do have to admit if I play against a competitive list now I usually get a little worked up about it, but I wont say anything mainly because I Dont want my opponent to feel bad for playing the list he wants to play).

So in a nutshell Im neutral but I wont be a deliberate TFG when it comes to playing games after all its just a game in the end eh?

I'm a good winner and a good loser, but I think the only time I was a bad loser was when I brought a casual Eldar army to the table and found my opponent was playing one of those Grey Knight cheese lists (paladans and the Grey Knight chapter master fellow), and that pissed me off a hell of a lot because I could not take any of his squads down with any of my shurican fire.
