I don't see why they would think about it at all. They're in battle, at war for life or death, they don't care if who they're fighting are some guys in wheelchairs (or some other kind of handicap or impediment); the enemy is still the enemy.

Now if it was humans fighting humans then you might have that soldier having a lil pause (possibly, but probably not) til he's killed or he gets the act together and keeps all his organs where they belong.

An Aspect Warrior is a stone cold killer that wouldn't think twice about gunning down a pregnant women. Just read Path of the Warrior. There's a part in there where the main character (a Dire Avenger at that point) guns down three children and their mother without hesitation.
