Grey Knights are highly competitive, hard to kill, and cost a lot of points, which means only about 10-20 models are required for a good list sometimes.

Terminators are troops, meaning you can have them in abundance, and if you run Draigo, he makes Paladins (Uber-Terminators) troops as well.

on work shop it says there elites, soo, k ill have like 10 of them and prob put them in a raider

Can't fit 10 in a raider. Even the land raider with the highest transport capacity is 16 models, which divided by two because they're terminators becomes 8. If you take Draigo, Paladins become troops and regular termies are troops anyway.

The reason GW says termies are elites is because they are the same box set as paladins, which are elites.

Yup, 5 fit in a regular raider, 6 in a Reedeemer, and 8 in a Crusader.
Squads of 5 in reg raiders sounds good though.

Yeah 70 dollars is alot, maybe you should look into paperhammer, which is making 40k stuff out of paper. If you're good at folding or cutting foam, some of this stuff can look really good.
