I think people are voting for krieg a lot because they have cool models.

Don't think this list is complete...missing a lot of other known regiments to choose from. Funny thing is, flat open terrain with temperate conditions is NO ONE's forte.... You might as well throw a bunch of Necromundian gangs and Arbites together and see who wins the slug out!

Yeah, he's missing the Tanith First and Only, the Vostroyans First Born, the Elysian Drop Troopers, the Salvar Chem Dogs, the Kauravan Conservators, the Harakoni Warhawks, the Jumael Volunteers, the Zouvan Skirmishers, the Avellornian Gunners, the Drookian Fen Guard, the Royal Validians and the Baran Siege Defenders.
But I think he's got most of the ones that people would consider the best.

See where I am going here?
Krieg has better organization of its regiments than anywhere else. Therefore it deserves the victory.

Technically what Kreig is doing is Heresy , it is against the rules (can't remember the document ) the Imperial guard can't have integrated units like that because of hte horus Heresy )
And actually Cadian Regiments are run with a mixture of Armor , Valkyries and Artillary so that point is mute , At least my People didn't nuke themselves back to oblivion

gotta give it to Cadia, they are the Guard that all other guard are compared too...even if they are soooo boring to look at
Me I like my Elysians, being AB myself, kinda feels right..and they always have a horrible tragic/heroic death last stand.

I'm not sure, but isn't it just the siege regiments that have combined arms for krieg? Its infantry regiments contain..well.. infantry.
