Pig Iron's Kolony Ferals are an excellent choice for a Cultist squad. A tad more expensive than the rumored GW box, but you don't get mixed weapons:

I'll probably be going with GW, but may also get some Ferals to stand in as Cultist Champions. Not all cultists squads have to be led by Anarkus and Tetchvar after all...
