The wishlist thread gave me a lot of ideas:
For one thing, the Codex-specific Warlord and Psychic power table rules are absolutely critical. No, non-negotiable. We need them. The rulebook stuff that we even have access to is garbage.
As far as balance/unit costs, IMO the big thing is that MANz need some kind of option for a bosspole. They need it.
Mad Dok Grotsnik needs to have his outrageous Rage rule scrapped. It's not fair that while Death Company got their Rage rules converted into a +1 attack buff, that we are still stuck with something that's even more obnoxious and crippling than Rage in the form of OSSoAMP. Give him some other kind of compensatory handicap, but OSSoaMP is too crippling - it makes a potential deathstar unit into a butterfly.
Those are the most critical things. They need to happen.
Secondary things that are lower priority:
A) Warpheads have Psychic Mastery level 2 - primarily for Psychic defense purposes. We need a viable counter to Cleansing Flame.
B) some kind of invulnerable save option for Meganobz - they are still sufficiently hobbled by Leadership 7 and Slow and Purposeful that it's not exactly overkill
C) Warbikers need a points cost reduction - somewhere in the ballpark of 2-5 points per model, IMO.
D) Something needs to be done about Slugga Boyz to make them more viable.
E) Make Kommandos no longer useless..
