WYSIWYG is a tournament rule.

Most if not all Tournaments have some form of the WYSIWYG rule in place.

Not seeing wysiwyg in the book. However it's hard to shoot a gun if you don't have one. Very confusing to the other players and more than likely not going to be allowed by TO's

As long as the cultists havebpistols & ccw or rifles they are wysiwyg, unless they are plague zombies. Then technically you can model them with anything for weapons as long as it doesn't create confusion.
