I spend about 6 hours painting a week, usually proceeded by watching TV and putting off painting for a couple of hours. If I actually started when I first got the urge I'd put in alot more hours a week.

I usually get 3-4 hours a week, probably 7-8 during holidays etc, my painting schedule kind of depends on work.

3 hours of painting per week, split up into 10-30 minute blocks when I can get to them. I have an awesome wife that lets me leave my models out on the side table in the dining room.
I leave out a squad of dudes and plan on doing on part at a time on all of them.
Right now I have a squad of 7 Plague Marines sitting out. They have the base, overbrush and overbrush done, waiting on the drybrush highlight, then trim, then guns, then wash. Booya. I have gotten a lot done in a short amount of time using this method.
