As far a GW plc are concerned there are 2 types of people.
People who will pay stupidly inflated prices for GW product.(Their target group of customers.)
GW do not have to engage with these people beyond '... here is new shiney stuff for you to buy!'
And the people who have moved on from buying GW products.
GW do not engage with these people as they are too 'difficult ' to deal with.(Wanting value for money , well defined intuitive rules , support for games etc...)
Sad but aparently true...
