Turns out it wasn't her fault. She was cleaning the train (that's her job after all) and accidentally started it, leading to the derailment. The train company is getting quite a bit of flak for blaming her when they knew the train didn't have safety measures in place to prevent stuff like this. I'd give you guys some links, but it's all in Swedish.
