in my expierience, fit some GK strike squads or termies, and use warp quake... you will see how opponent shrink his face, haha, coteaz do a good job against that kind of list,
bring at least one storm raven with TL laser and TL multimelta.
deep strike it close to enemy storm ravens, and blow them up.
BA SR have no fortitude, so you can deactivate them easily.

psyfledreads do a mayor job against flyers and fnp units. try to give them some cover, you will need them untill your last turn.

thats it.
i win a battle in this way against same army you describe.

Everything that has rivets, would be made again.

The BA are a bad list in 6th. You shouldn't have much trouble.

So! I must ask, with the information provided, could I receive some advice/tricks/tactics for combating blood angels?
Grey Knight Paladins. Brotherhood banner. Halberds. I6 auto-pass insta-death activation. BOOM. Every wound auto-kills multi-wound models. Throw Draigo in there for extra fly ownage.

Get as many Psycannons as you can in there, especially on terminators, as they are relentless and can fire more shots. If you want, you could get some interceptors and make them scoring via Grand Strategy, but keep them back all game; then, when the time is right, throw them heartily upfield with their 30" move and cap or contest his home objective.

He fields a very fast army. You either want a gunline/CC terminator mix, or a similarly fast army. I'm assuming he's in your face by turn 2. Also, keep in mind that Deadknights with a NFSword have 4 S10 attacks that re-roll to hit and to wound. There's not much you can do against that.

With IG... well, tanks. With Tau... well, Submunitions, Ion Cannons, and Railguns. Also, you can run a Farsight deathstar, add ALL of the upgrades (seriously, twin-linked plasma rifles, twin-linked missile pods, iridium armor or whatever for the 2+ save). missile pods are simply awesome, and that many plasma shots (depending on the amount of crisis suits you have) can easily tear his army a new one.
