Indeed Having settled on green/yellow. the new army will be Hive Fleet Neuteneath, which is a football thing.



The complete test 'Nids gathered together - one blue and white guy didnt make it as I got the white all wrong, war is hell. I need a lighter green than Moot Green (which now seems to be the lightest/brightest GW do, somewhat darker than the old Scorpion) or I might try mixing with white, not something I've tried before, need to be able to mix the same tone consistently for the whole army. None of these tests are joining the army proper, will just be mascots.

Anyway, really enjoyed painting these up, used GW texture and liquid green stuff for the first time too, both excellent. Thanks for all the comments
