I think the best part about Slaanesh is that he/she/it is made of Eldar souls. Page 4 of the 4th edition Eldar codex says " Amidst the swirling psychic energy of the Empyrean, the corruption of the decadent Eldar became manifest as their departing spirits began to coalesce into a gestalt consciousness."
Basically Slaanesh isn't just the emotions of the eldar but also their departing souls.
This leads me to believe that it does not burn the eldar's sense of superiority that humans are favored by the predator they created because humans are not favored. Eldar are. Humans just happen to be an appetizer for the true meal.

"Khorne is a noble warrior who respects strength and bravery, who takes no joy in destroying the weak, and considers the helpless unworthy of his wrath. It is said that fate will spare any brave warrior who calls upon Khorne's name and pledges his soul to the blood god. It is also said that Khorne's daemons will hunt down and destroy any warrior who betrays his honour by killing a helpless innocent or murdering in cold blood..."

Arhra, the Fallen Phoenix, the Scorpion Father, (probably Drahzar).
Also, the Decapitator and every Mandrake.
.
Arhra is mentioned as burning "with the dark light of Chaos," but there is nothing explicitly stating he bowed down to the Ruinous Powers. It's possible it's just the poetic wording of the eldar referring to his fall to the dark kin. There is also nothing daemonic about Drazhar that is outwardly apparent. If he were a daemon or daemonically tainted, there would be a lot more to worry about in Commorragh. Mandrakes also are not necessarily Eldar that turned to Chaos. No one is certain as to what they are exactly, all there is are rumors and conjecture.
At any rate, Slaanesh has already claimed the soul of every eldar. I highly doubt they care the great enemy has shifted its attention elsewhere momentarily.

There is a blurb somewhere about the few eldar still living in the Eye, and that sometimes one of them dedicates himself to one of the Four and that these eldar are among the most dangerous of the Chaos gods' servants.

I'm pretty sure that the Eldar are OK with Slaanesh wanting to spend time with other people. Even the most microscopic fraction of time spent messing with Humans is that much less time spent messing with the Eldar.

I think they just think less of humans for liking Slaanesh, but the eldar pull faces at said humans when their backs are turned.

I don't see any evidence in published or licensed sources that humans are Slaanesh's "chosen people."

First Heretic says that humans are the chosen people of Chaos, Legion pretty much confirms it with the cabal saying that Chaos could not survive without humanity.

Like the great storm of the Horus Heresy, the forces of the True Gods will descend upon the Emperor's minions. The stars will tremble at their passage and the mighty armadas of the Warmaster Abaddon will bring annihilation to a hundred worlds. Know this, for these things will come to pass. |

Yeah, when a single guy says something that doesn't make it true.
It's like the "if we loose we win" Ork quote. It's not established fluff that Orks never loose, it's established fluff that some Ork said that. Nothing more.
And if Chaos can't live without humanity it definitely does not imply any choice. Chaos did not chose humans as their beloved people, it simply does not have any other choice now.
Other races are either shielded from its influence or generate too few 'chaos energy' to even bother. Humans are an easy and tasty pray for fat, bloated and ever hungry Chaos gods.
