Personal speculation presented as fact is exactly what fooled Warseer and Natfka in making these misinformed threads.
58 products from all three game systems got retracted to mail order only, doesn't mean we get 5 army books, 6 Codices and 3 new starters in the next 3 months. It's just a cleaning of shelf space, before a few armies get updated products.

Mail order only means, you can still get it via mail order
And the 5 weeks delivery time means, it is stocked only in the UK warehouse, not the US warehouse.

If they release a new kit, I can almost guarantee they'll axe the upgrade sprue that current comes with it. It's the only IG tank kit left with track guards, heavy stubbers, stowage and so on. For everything else, you have to buy a $15 upgrade sprue.

Wouldnt surprise me if a combo kit comes out for the Bassie/ Medusa/ Griffon / Collosus. Either that or a Medusa/ Griffon/ Colossus spure come out as an "cheap" accessory sprue for each variant a la the "tank upgrade / Russ upgrade / Baneblade sponsons" sprue kits and the Bassie kit itself comes out with an updated model.

The other artillery versions (and the Hydra) are the only units in the IG codex you cant get from GW as far as I know and IG seems to actually sell nearly as much as the SM in my local GW stores (all three of them!). Plus the Medusa is probably THE most popular option in the Guard codex for an artillery unit.

Would be nice to see a GW Hydra as well - no reason for there not to be really if there is a GW and FW version of the Manticore - abeit the FW turret is a lot nicer than the GW "missiles on a bedframe" Manitcore!
