The AdMech don't really care what the Space Marines say about some other human group. The AdMech are an Empire within the Imperium. They are not exactly beholden to the Space Marines (the Space Marines, however, largely rely on the AdMech for their wargear).

I can see having a company or two of what are basically Skitarii, that's not that big of a problem... though when you've had your legs replaced with tracks and your arms replaced with heavy flamers (or heavy bolters, or assault cannons...) and your chest and face covered in tank-plating... well, really not a lot of social options for such a soldier.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.
