I think Mexican food pre surgery tomorrow sounds good, not sure it's possible to eat a light lunch for Mexican though...

Light as in "not much" I've never been to a Mexican eatery where they don't load you down with food for two skinny people.

Since you just said you live in Colorado Springs, make sure that that mexican food is from a legit source, like El Super Taco

Seems to be.
In my area the population is largely Latino ( I'd estimate about 50 to 60%), with African American making up the next largest group.
I smattering of Asian, Hindu, Indian and various Middle Eastern...and me

* The 2000 Census has the population as 49.3% White (including Hispanic/Latino), and then goes on to say that 37% of the population is Hispanic/Latino. I'm not sure how else to take that.
