Very cool, prices are kinda harsh it seems. In scale with fantasy?

I assume you mean Warhammer fantasy...in which case no. I got a chance to look at some of these today, and they would be 32mm to the eyes...roughly 1 3/8 tall or so. Much taller than GW figures, and realistically proportioned.

The pricing for Andrea is generally based on the mold complexity with a little raw materials mixed in. The figures I looked at probably had a dozen parts per kit, and you do get both mounted and foot based as well as several heads (helmet and no helmet).

Although the small figures are pricey compared to many game figures, the quality is excellent, and the sculpting is perfect. They also generally are sold in lower numbers, so recouping sculpting costs needs to be done over fewer figures overall. Depending on the reception, the rep I was talking to had said they might look at introducing line figures at the price point which their Napoleonic or Roman 30mm figures are ($17 for cav, $8 for infantry).
