I'll say this much, noone who owns a GW army can criticize how much money was spent on this.

It does make sense that a project that clearly required such discipline, sacrifice, and painstaking attention to detail would turn out with IF colors.

Awesome video. Sweet suit, if a little cumbersome to move around in!

So, is the foam like the insulation foam (like I make my hills from?) because that must be insanely hot to be in for any time?

Maybe that is one of the reasons it looks like the top is open? Help with weight and airflow?

Fantastic work man, I'm truly jealous, though I wouldn't mind chaos or ultramarines colors

Question for you... how much does one of these suits cost? Hell, I'd even be curious for the price of regular power armor.

He doesn't make them to sell, GW would be after him for it.

Indeed - we try to be on as friendly terms with GW as possible Who knows, it might pay off eventually..

The foam is the soft interlocking foam plates used for floor tiling with texture on one side It's durable but also soft enough to manipulate

Well... I mean if I were to donate 2k to his business and as a thank you I were to receive terminator armor.. >_>

What I'm saying is, whose feet do I have to kiss to get me some of dat sweet armor?

Also 2k American? GBP? Tiddley-winks?

I agree with Medium. There is some awesome art work coming from this guy aside from the Cosplay terminator.

I didn't really even realize the arms were out of proportion at first but that is to be expected from a suit built for an 8ft superhuman with only a 6ft guy inside. Masterful.

We've given a lot of thought as to how to best avoid the T-rex syndrome.. sadly, with a desire for proper movement, compromises in design must be made..

Dropping the shoulder height (usually level with the body armor hood) has successfully alleviated that problem. I've been playing these games 25 years and I didn't notice that until I looked at your link.

If you raise the shoulder pads the arms would probably look better but still great job.

Wow. Awesome. The proportions are off compared to the actual model, but damn, this is impressive.

Indeed! There are many things that can be better!

If anyone has suggestions on how to improve this build - please do share your ideas! We're open to suggestions

There are obvious some things we'll never be able to do - so there always have to be some sort of compromise..

But we listen to people as long as it's constructive!
